These compelling condiments are fermented on a farm in the Welsh Marches. They are live and unpasteurised so is an easy way to work in gut-friendly fermented food, fibre and vitamin C. We think it is so delicious you won't be able to stop yourself.

Add mayo or greek yoghurt and walnuts to make a coleslaw.

Add to a poke bowl with Smoked Salmon for a delicious, gut-loving, fresh meal.

Why do we charge £9.95 per delivery?
Our orders are hand-packed with great care in specialist insulated packaging and sent by overnight courier. No expense is spared to ensure your food arrives on time and in perfect condition. We pack all parcels with ice packs and foil insulation liners, which we hope you can reuse, including hand-written gift messages, where requested.

At Black Mountains Smokery we like to be transparent, we don’t hide our delivery charges elsewhere. We hope our quality of service and produce is worth the small extra cost.
