A yummy recipe from the producers: Tempting Hot Mushroom Medley
Ingredients
70g enoki mushrooms
100g baby chestnut mushrooms
100g shitake mushrooms
100g baby tomato
100g red onion (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (finely sliced)
3 tbsp Tempting Onion Balsamic
3 tbsp oil
small bunch of coriander or parsley
Salt
Pepper
Add the oil and fry the chestnut mushrooms over a low heat
Add shitake mushrooms, baby tomatos and the enoki mushrooms, mix and cover until cooked.
Remove the cover and add the coriander or parsley leaves and Tempting Onion Balsamic. Stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with toasted bread and a teaspoon of Tempting Onion Balsamic sauce.
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
