Our Spiced Citrus Jelly is a fragrant friend made for Smoked Chicken and Smoked Duck, but try it with Smoked Mackerel and Smoked Salmon. This jelly has Môre than a hint of citrus & chilli, beautifully balanced by fragrant sweetness.

Serve on the side or melt into a vinaigrette to make a drizzle or dipping sauce.

A fragrant friend for smoked meats or cheese. Do try making a canape with oak roasted salmon, crème fraiche finished with this refreshing jelly

Refrigerate after opening & use within one month.

Sugar, Apple juice, Acetic acid, Water, Lime juice 2%, Gelling agent: Pectin, Ginger, 1%, Red Chilli 0.5%, Lemon zest 0.25%

Prepared with 36g fruit per 100g.
