Christmas Breakfast (11am)
Start Christmas Day with something comforting, celebratory, and full of flavour. These Smokery Christmas breakfast ideas are easy to prepare, crowd-pleasing, and a real treat before the main event.

Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon
Top toasted sourdough with smoked seaweed butter, poached eggs, and award winning smoked salmon. Finish with hollandaise and a sprinkle of Welshman’s Caviar. -
Caramelised Bananas Flambéed with Barti Spiced Rum
First, caramelise ripe banana slices in butter and brown sugar until golden and sticky. Then flambé with Barti Spiced Rum for a dramatic, festive touch. Serve over sheet pan pancakes (baked in the oven for ease when feeding a crowd) or waffles, topped with cinnamon cream and toasted pecans. -
Hot Smoked Salmon & Spinach Frittata
A savoury favourite that’s easy to prep ahead. The gorgeous flakes of hot oak smoked salmon Serve warm with a generous spoon of crème fraîche and a dollop of our Sweet Beetroot Chutney on the side.
