An absolute favourite of Jo's - the jalapenos are brilliant on a burger and perfect with pulled pork. The syrup is wonderful with coleslaw and potato salad, or use it as an ingredient in a Dirty Martini or spicy salad dressing.
Meet the Producer
Angharad, a farmer’s daughter from Cardiff, started her business in 2011 from her kitchen table. After years of making preserves from her grandmother’s recipes for friends and family, the business has now moved out of home. She is based in the heart of the Wye Valley and prides herself on using local seasonal ingredients. Her preserves make the perfect addition to a spread, or as a staple on your kitchen table.

Store in a cool, dry place.
Refridgerate once opened & use within one month of opening.
