Here is a great slaw recipe to try that goes wonderfully with our Smoked Salmon:

For the SLAW -

- 1 large cucumber - sliced very thin (A mandolin slicer helps here but you can do it by hand)
- 3 eating apples skin on and thinly sliced
- 1 large red onion thinly sliced thinly
- 2 big spoons of capers

Place in a bowl and add a good pinch of Halen Mon Sea Salt, stir and set aside for half an hour.

For the DRESSING -

- 1/3 Jones Apple Cider Vinegar (any of the blends will work here)

- 2/3 Fino Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Welsh Honey

- 1 tbsp of Horseradish Cream or Dijon Mustard

Mix and season as needed. Dress the slaw with the dressing and serve over garlands of Smoked Salmon or Gravadlax.

This Apple Cider Vinegar makes a fabulous salad vinaigrette with Fino Olive Oil and Welsh Honey and Dijon Mustard.

Probably the best apple cider vinegar I have ever had! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I drink it, I cook with it, I make dressings, sauces, and marinades with it. Simply amazing!
