Great value chunks to slice yourself or sliced packs. Wonderful air dried ham,"Coppa" made from marbled pork shoulder cuts cured with Rosemary and aromatic carpaccio made from wild venison.
Serve with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, feta cheese and other Mediterranean favourites. Also delicious with oven-roasted shallots and a balsamic dressing or as a canape with cream cheese and a sprinkle of Welshman's Caviar.
