Smoked Salmon - Packs

Although our Traditional Oak Smoked Salmon is perfect served simply with a squeeze of lemon and twist of black pepper, it is also a wonderful ingredient to cook with. Here's one of our favourite recipes -

Smoked Salmon Pasta - Serves 2

Ingredients
150g pasta
100ml crème fraîche
1 clove garlic - crushed
100g smoked salmon
1/2 lemon - juice and zest
Chives to garnish

Mix together the crème fraiche and crushed garlic.
Cook and drain the pasta, then return it to the pan, adding the crème fraiche mix and cook on a low heat for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and combine with the salmon and lemon juice.
Season to taste with sea salt and black pepper as required and top with the lemon zest and chives.

 As usual this smoked salmon is different from any other. It is mild and tender. We and our family enjoy it with the result that we don’t buy smoked salmon from anywhere else. It may cost a little more but it’s worth every penny

Our orders are hand-packed with great care in specialist insulated packaging and sent by overnight courier. No expense is spared to ensure your food arrives on time and in perfect condition. We pack all parcels with ice packs and foil insulation liners, which we hope you can reuse, including hand-written gift messages, where requested.
