Mix with crème fraiche or greek yoghurt to make a delicious sauce for any smoked fish. Add lemon juice and zest for added fragrance.
It's unusual to find a pure horseradish sauce that's not bulked out with a cheaper ingredient so I was thrilled to find this on your website, thank you Black Mountains for stocking this, so lovely with your top-class smoked trout.
