Fishy foodie heaven! With portions of Smoked Salmon, Smoked Sea Bass Fillet, Peppered Trout Fillets, and Oak Roast Smoked Salmon, as well as portions of Lobster Terrine and Salmon with Dill Terrine - this is a selection that really will make your mouth water! Not to mention an array of Cheeses; Smoked Cheddar with Paprika, Angiddy Soft Cheese, and Teifi Caerphilly Wedge. All of these can go with our selection of chutneys and jellies; Spiced Citrus Jelly, Sweet Beetroot Chutney, Dill sauce, and Apple Cider Jelly. To be eaten atop the Spinach and Celery Crackers or Beetroot and Garlic Crackers or even with some of our Smoked Seeds.
